Having no other choice, I’ve opened a savings account under Al Rajhi bank to try their debit card for Paypal withdrawls.

Will try and withdraw out USD200 to see if it works, but I’ll only know between 5 and 7 days later. Also, remember that the exchange rate that they ‘buy’ the US Dollar from you is based on the TT exchange rate, meaning it will be quite alot lower than the regular ‘buy’ rate.

Technically I should get close to RM700.
