But what about when ur boss is in the wrong? Will you still not speak up? They can't fire you if you speak up against them you know? It's is NOT THAT EASY to get fired in Malaysia... even though it's suprising to say this, apparently our labor laws are quite strong. In fact, at this moment, one of my family friends is fighting his ex company for unlawful termination of his job. They've already offered him 5 months pay as settlement. But for his pride, he wants them to reinstate him, then he'll resign. Oh and he's also demanding 5 years salary. Which I think he will win. His boss is probably not feeling too smart now huh?
